Manny Paz - Founder & CEO 

Manny is the founder and CEO of EmpowerSpectrum, living with Tourette's, ADHD, autism, and Asperger's. As a rising leader for the Tourette Association of America (TAA), his mission is to raise awareness and advocate for individuals who have faced discrimination due to their neurodiverse conditions. With aspirations of becoming a Supreme Court attorney, Manny leverages his activism and leadership experience—working alongside state legislators and running a successful boat mechanics business since the age of ten—to inspire change and amplify the voices of those who need it most.

Jacqueline Viera - Co-Founder & CTO

Jacqueline is the co-founder and CTO of EmpowerSpectrum and an experienced instructor at Touching Miami with Love, where she works with middle and high school students. With a robust background in mentoring robotics students from elementary through college levels, she brings her passion for technology and education to our nonprofit. Jacqueline is dedicated to creating inclusive, hands-on STEM programs for neurodiverse children, empowering them to thrive in creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Kaden Coo - COO

Kaden Coo is the COO of EmpowerSpectrum and a technical expert with a deep passion for technology. He operates online servers, including Minecraft servers, through his company, Boozted Hosting LLC. Like Manny, Kaden has Tourette's, and together they are rising leaders in advocating for awareness of Tourette's, ADHD, and autism. His technical expertise and leadership play a crucial role in EmpowerSpectrum's mission to connect with larger communities, such as the Tourette Association of America (TAA), and empower neurodiverse individuals.
